Who can use EIVES
The EIVES website is open to anyone. To use our product or join the waitlist, you need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement where you live.
EIVES is currently in early access. The full product is being onboarded to a limited number of beta homes. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access or a specific timeline — we'll contact you when we're ready.
The waitlist
When you join our waitlist, you're giving us permission to contact you with updates about EIVES — including early access invitations, launch news, and product information. That's it. We won't spam you, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Joining the waitlist is free. There's no purchase obligation, no commitment, and no fee. We'll reach out when we're ready to onboard your home.
We handle your waitlist data in accordance with our Privacy Policy — which is worth reading, because we take it seriously.
Our intellectual property
Everything you see on this site — the design, the copy, the code, the animations, the orb — belongs to EIVES Technologies LLC or its licensor. You're welcome to look. You're not welcome to copy, reproduce, or repurpose it without our written permission.
The EIVES system itself is patent pending. The underlying technology, architecture, and methods are proprietary.
The EIVES name, logo, and orb are trademarks of EIVES Technologies LLC. Please don't use them without asking.
What we ask of you
We're asking for common sense, mostly. When using this site or communicating with us, please don't:
Use the site for anything illegal. That includes scraping, automated access without permission, or anything designed to harm the site or other users.
Misrepresent yourself. If you contact us as a potential installer partner or investor, be honest about who you are.
Attempt to reverse-engineer our technology. What we've built is proprietary and patent-pending. We've worked hard on it and we'd like to keep it that way.
These aren't unusual asks. We just want to be clear about them.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee it'll always be error-free or accessible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We're not in the habit of making sneaky changes. If something meaningful shifts, we'll make sure it's visible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
